Justin Is On The Clear In An Alleged Hit And Run On A Photographer!!

Justin allegedly hit a pedestrian with his car in Hollywood last night, June 17th according to L.A police after he was from the  Laugh Factory. However, the injuries the pedestrian, who is believed to be a pedestrian sustained aren´t life threatening and the police ar not pursuing a case against Justin.

The spokesperson Lieutenant Craig Valenzuela said that Justin´s famous white ferrari collided with someone just before midnight local time on Monday in the 8800 block of Sunset Boulevard but nobody was arrested and the officers later on determined that no crime was committed and they were trying to find out of the pedestrian was in the road or not

On the TMZ video, you see Justin get into his ferrari that is surrounded by alot of papparazzi and as he tries to drive off, one of them falls to the ground and grins his knee. Justin has been cleared because it was the photographers fault, he shouldn´t have been standing in the road. No comments yet from Justin´s publicist Melissa Viktor.

This white ferrari issue is getting crazy and out of hand, I honestly think the car is kind of cursed. The papparazzi guys are also getting on people´s nerves, especially Justin´s, I mean, you can´t stand infront of Justin´s car when he wants to drive off. What do you expect him to do? Sit in the car and wait for you to take all the pics you want and when you are all done, let him go? No way! Grow up!

How the heck do you expect him to drive under all those flashing lights? He even signalled for people to move because he couldn´t see, but no, this photographer wouldn´t listen, he moves exactly when Justin is about to take off, tak eabout bad timing and alittle bit of some common sense not used. I know that´s someone´s job but you can´t risk your health like that. Thank God nothing serious happened but you should be wise enough to realise you are standing on the damn road and anything can happen.
