Justin And His Bodyguard Accused And Sued Of Assult!!

Justin and his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny have been sued by a papparazzi who claims that Justin told his bodyguard to attack him and take his memory card and allegidly, Jeffrey Binion says that Hugo Hesny threw him against the wall, grabbed him by his throat and "displayed a gun" (holsterred under his shirt) while he and the other bodyguards took the memory card from his camera. Jeffrey insists that he works as a professional photog and that he´s not a paparazzo. He also claims that he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses.

Jeffrey Binion, the papparazzi also filed a police report June 5th, claiming Justin´s bodyguards attacked him while he tried to snap a pic of Justin outside the Miami heat Factory recording studio. Click here to see the report.

Jeffrey´s lawyer, Russell S. Adler told TMZ:
Justin Bieber is now an adult and should act like one. He nees to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber´s violent behaviour towards photographers must end and he should take responsibility for his actions.

No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber´s shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message abd deter hsi misbehaviour in the future, we seek punitive damages him as allowed by Florida law.

Justin´s rep has not yet been reached for  a comment.

Am not at all trying to at all justify Justin´s actions because what he did, I agree was wrong, he shouldn´t have done that, to take away the photog´s memory card and I hope it doesn´t continue or happen again but in his defence is he didn´t want his photo taken and this dude was apparently invading his privacy.

If you put yourself in Justin´s shoes, won´t you get pissed off if some random dude starts taking pics of you even after you say no and he is well aware of the fact that you didn´t allow him to take pics of you?

I bet that Jeffrey knows that Justin doesn´t like it when people insist on taking pics of him even when he says no, he would rather you ask him and take the answer he gives you. If it´s a yes, then good, if not, well too bad.

All I want to say is that Justin shouldn´t have done what he did and the photog should also try to respect Justin´s privacy even if it´s his job.
